The new Cobra® MX is a patented design push-pull gooseneck gun that is capable of aluminum and most hard wire welding jobs.
Intended for the classic Cobra® gooseneck customers, the Cobra® MX can attach to any Cobramatic® wire feeder and has a gas valve in the gun. It has the original Cobra® rear trigger location, and is available in air or liquid cooled models with 1/4” or 3/8” consumables. The molded Cobra® design provides a high-temperature barrel insulator, and there is also a drive roll access door to provide additional protection.
With a head weight of only 2 lb 5 oz, the patented Cobra® MX helps reduce welder fatigue and has an ergonomic left, right-handed speed control for the ambidextrous welder.
